About your cruise
You should arrive 15 minutes before your cruise to allow time for boarding.
For your convenience, you can request a departure from Rose Bay, Double Bay, Mosman Wharf pickup, Aquarium Darling Harbour or King Street Wharf. Otherwise, our standard departure is from Lavender Bay.
If you are bringing your own refreshments you should also bring plastic or paper cups. Glass is not recommended on board.
Yes, when you make your booking let us know and we will make sure that your cruise includes picking some ideal locations for you and your guests to enjoy a dip. We also have Lily pads on board for you to use – see our gallery to see some Lily pads in action
Yes.
If you arrive late, your cruise may continue but for a reduced length of time. This is at the discretion of your skipper. There is no refund payable if your cruise length is reduced. It is your and your guests responsibility to arrive in ample time to board your cruise.
Sydney Harbour is a very safe, protected and managed harbour. Our crew is also very experienced and we have ample lifevests and floatation devices in the extremely unlikely event that there is any trouble.
We can take a maximum of 20 passengers with plenty of room for everyone.
Yes, we can provide life vests for children but adult supervision should still be exercised at all times.
About your booking
You can reschedule your booking up to 24 hours before your booked departure time. Rescheduling is subject to availablity.
Of course. Our website shows some of the most commonly booked cruises. If you have something different in mind simply contact us. We will discuss options and try to create the perfect occasion just for you.
If you cancel within 24 hours of your scheduled departure time, you may receive a partial refund. We encourage you to reschedule to a later date. If you receive a refund it will be credited to your card within 3 to 5 business days.
When your booking is confirmed you will receive an email with the details of your booking. If you have paid and haven´t received a confirmation email within an hour, check your spam folder to see if our email has been sent there.
